As it becomes clear recently, the Liouville reflection operator plays an important role in description of integrabily of two-dimensional conformal field theory. We review latest results in this direction: Yang-Baxter algebra, construction of commuting Integrals of Motion, Bethe anzatz equations for the spectrum etc.
