Magnon superfluidity in ferromagnetic film

Abstract:
We analyze feasibility of magnon superfluidity in a ferromagnetic film, specifically in Yttrium Iron Garnet film. As a realistic scenario the motion of a condensate soliton bouncing between two interfaces with non-magnetic materials is considered. We reassess the problem of low-energy magnon spectrum in a ferromagnetic film and interaction of magnons based on the amplitude representation of Landau-Lifshitz equation.
